Shipping & Returns

For orders within Australia Inverted Bodyboarding uses the service of Australia Post or Star Track Express (depending on which is best suited) for the shipping of all orders. Shipping will be added to the total of your purchase depending on the size and weight of the goods ordered. Any additional shipping costs will also be added to your order total if the delivery address is in a rural area or one which is difficult to deliver to. International customers please contact Inverted directly for shipping costs. OUR REFUND & RETURNS POLICY Please choose carefully when using bodyboardmart.com. We DO NOT give refunds if you simply change your mind or accidently choose the wrong product. Exchanges and refunds may only be given where goods have a manufacturers fault, are wrongly described, different from the sample shown on bodyboardmart.com or cannot be used for what they are designed for. Credit note can be provided for full priced items returned within 7 days. Clothing must have swing tag attached. Boards must be still wrapped with no damage. A receipt of purchase may be required. No returns on discounted items Please remember almost all stock on bodyboardmart.com ie bodyboards, leashes etc purchased come with a manufacturers warranty. Although all sales are recorded to the best of our ability the onus remains on the customer to retain a receipt as proof of purchase
